Blikanasaurus (meaning "Blikana lizard") is a genus of sauropodomorph dinosaur from the late Triassic of what is now South Africa. Known from a left lower limb only, its remains were found in Lower Elliot Formation rocks near the Blikana location in what is now the Eastern Cape Province. The type specimen is housed in the South African Museum in Cape Town.

Fragmentary postcranial remains of this animal have been discovered in 2001 in the Napai Formation of Guangxi, China and consist of the left ilium, left pubis, anterior caudals, most of the dorsal ribs and distal end of the left femur. This sauropod has been described as a basal titanosauriform.

The type species Chuandongocoelurus primitivus was first described and named by Chinese paleontologist He Xinlu in 1984. The generic name combines references to the Chuandong in Sichuan Province and the theropod genus Coelurus, itself named after the Greek κοῖλος, koilos, meaning "hollow" and οὐρά, oura, meaning "tail".

Apart from the skull, it preserves ribs, parts of the wings, hindlimbs and the pelvis.
